Hello, hello! There was a major, game-breaking, bug on Eleanor's romance route. If you are persuing a romance with her (both lover and slave routes) please download the latest version and load a previous save file, before the event that starts her romance route, and do it again, otherwise the game will not register you as romancing her!

Other than that, the problem that was causing the scene that signals you did all the events was not working for a while and I finally got around to fixing it, so you should now be notified when you reach the end of content.
