I assume you are running the game on android 11? We're having trouble with that version since they changed how permissions work on that version of android. I've yet to find a solution to the problem, sorry.
In the latest release of the mac version the main menu appears blank except for the background, title, and a darker bar on the left side. When mousing over the darker bar on the left side, white lines appear as if your cursor was over an option but clicking doesn't do anything.
That sounds like the game is not having permission to get to the save file location. Try giving it permission to do that, on windows would be just running as administrator, not sure how it works on mac though

I know this might break the current progression of things a little, but I'd really like it if there was more of Jean and Catherine pre "change" (brothel since he meant to come more already), the "illusion" stuff is so good... or even like, a 3 strikes/scenes you're out on the debt before total enslavement. but other than that really amazing work Necro Bunny and team, hats off to you guys for sure!
This one is probably a typo, but it's still the same quest only the dup defending their camp from orcs by barricading the camp. Eleanor speaking: "If they come mounted in wolves, don't think they are just like horses, they are as likely to kill you as the orc riding on top of it."
First, it should be "mounted on wolves" since they are using the animals for transport and not somehow embedded in their flesh as "in" suggests and second, I'd suggest changing the last bit to: "they are as likely to kill you as the orcs riding on top of them.", so you can keep the number agreement between multiple wolves and orcs since no single animal or rider are pointed out.
So far I'm greatly enjoying the game's story, rich setting and humor, so thank you. :D

The exact sentence while the MC and Eleanor are hunting a giant boar for a certain ingredient during their second quest goes like this: "Missing Eleanor by a hair, the wounded boar tried to turn to her but his wounds and his still slippery paws made him stagger and fall to the ground once more."
Also in the third paragraph of the same page you have: "She was now unbalanced and the boar was fresher than she would expect giving his wounds."
It should be "given" instead of "giving" since you're referring to the injury sustained a bit earlier and not once being inflicted right now, as suggested by the -ing form.
On the next page you have "Three spectral darts flew from Catherine towards the boar, the first two hit the right flank of the creature and the last one hit it on one of its legs." - not strickly speaking a mistake, but I would make more sense to stay consistent and keep referring to the animal as "he" since you've already been doing that for the entire encounter, plus saying "animal" would be more percise than "creature". That very inconsistency rears its head on the next page: "The boar let out a pitiful growl of pain as he tried desperately to get back on its feet."

maybe it's one of those phones that can change aspect ratios by pinching the screen? Like some phones with notch/hole punch cameras can have the screen stop short if the missing area is a bother

Hmmm. I don't really know what to tell you but that the android build is notoriously fickle... What I can say is that I never seen the game just not installing, so I imagine the problem has something something to do with your device, I just have no idea what.
Sometimes space is an issue android likes to have some extra space available even after installation, what I've had luck with is download a fresh copy them restart your device and try to install.
such an awesome game! i loved it all! only thing i didnt like was when i double right clicked my fault obviously but maybe there could be checkpoints? otherwise perfect game!
um im not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but each time ive tried to download the game the file comes up as an 'tar archive' and im not able to play it. I've tried unzipping the file but there isn't anything to unzip. im on a Mac.. sorry for any unnecessary trouble.. ;C
I don't know much about mac, but I've been told by a mac user that the files have to be in the .tar format to run correctly on mac. Otherwise you get some weird permission issues.
Hey, loving the game so far! Just wanted to say that I encountered a lil issue (I'm pretty sure) which is where after you do the mission where you meet Yda and find out about the emperor assassination plot, it says to 'go home and get supplies in case a fight breaks out' or something like that I click to go home but nothing happens, then I go to the map and I suddenly have no new events. Pls help, I really want to continue on. Thank you!
Hm... If you also got the scene with Khai then the chapter is over. But there should have been a chapter over scene, not sure why you aren't getting it.

What OS are you on? Getting stuck on the main menu is a permission problem. On PC you just need to run as administrator and it should work. If you're on android 11, then theres nothing I can do, they changed the way permissions work and I haven't been able to fix it yet.

Do you mean downgrading the android? Because any version of the game would result in the same problem on 11. If so, yes. One of our patrons did downgrade back to 10 after his tablet automatically updated to 11 so it is possible.
Love the game, might have broken something... changed from full screen to windowed, game goes to a black screen. Close the game to restart it, and now all I get is a black screen with the menu music playing. I have deleted the saves and run as an admin and still getting the black screen with music. any help would be great. want to finish out this new chapter.
Hmmm, that weird... Have you tried using Alt + Enter to maximize the window again? And I think the fullscreen property is held by windows so deleting the save files won't change anything. Let me know if Alt + Enter works otherwise I'll figure something out here.

You can just download the latest release from itch.io. Then just extract and run the game. Your save files are not kept in the game folder, so you just start the game and load your latest save file and the game will take care of upgrading everything for you.

How weird, there is one as usual... I imagine some variable that controls the end screen got screwed up somewhere along the way. If you could send me your save file I could take a look at it. (They're in C:\Users\%user\AppData\LocalLow\Necro Bunny Studios\Rise of the White Flower)

I thought Chapter 5 was pretty great, the new characters are also great especially Sigrid and Sylvara. (How does the emperor look like under the mask? I'm curious hehe).
Game is horribly glitched out for me. After talking with Khai the first time, no new events showed up. Fixed that somehow, but now its doing it again after the second talk with him and I cant fix it. When I try to start all over again from the first chapter, the game will lock up after a minute of skipping and I can no longer advance dialogue at all. Tried reinstalling and restarting the game and neither worked. Don't know what to do now, kinda bummed, was looking forward to this.

Upon opening the game and getting to the main menu, all the options to start the game are blank and wont let you proceed. Android.

Hmmm. That looks like unity itself is having a problem on your pc, perhaps due to a vc_redist problem or maybe even with directx.

There is a problem with Android only white cursors, Title and background appears and nothing else. Need to be fixed.

Just boot the game up and load, it will do so automatically.
